Exploration

Exploration endures as a major endeavor as the major governments of the bubble continue to expand and compete. New and unclaimed resources for extraction, strategic locations for military use, and most importantly worlds offering Earth-like gravity and biospheres suitable for settlement and colonization are in high demand at all cartographics brokers throughout the Bubble. DSE's exploration ships are specially-engineered to self-sustain for protracted periods outside the bubble, and boast specially-engineered and modified frameshift technologies enabling jump ranges far beyond the technical standard.

I don't do nearly as much exploring as I do bounty hunting or data "liberation" (or mining, since the Borann rush was discovered...), but I've made journies out of the bubble and scouted ship wrecks and old bases and yes, even Thargoid and Guardian sites. I do have a couple of planets with my name on them, even. Exploration is fun but I start to miss dogfighting too quickly to see a longer trip through, sadyly.
