Anaconda class

DSE is a proud member of the exploration community, and operates a specially-engineered Anaconda in order to perform long-range expeditions far outside the bubble. The whimsically-named Da Vida Baby is the crown jewel of our operating fleet, boasting a jump range almost double a stock Anaconda and carrying a small squadron of exploration vehicles and equipment.

Over a month spent hunting bounties in my Krait Mark II and hauling cargo in my Python earned me up enough money to make the basic purchase and D-rate an Anaconda. Almost went with an Imperial Cutter for the better cargo space, but the jump range potential on the Anaconda won me over (the better hardpoint placement helped too). I'm now slowly building it up to be my main explorer ship, with a focus on jump range. Right now it's at 40ly, and that's before I've unlocked any engineers except ol' Felicity Farseer so there's lots more potential to tap here.

I didn't expect to love this ship as much as I do.
